Brief overview

At Mosi Comfort Tyre, we aim to protect our environment by fighting against climate change and we tend to contribute to the community development, skills growth capacity and an advocacy of local entrepreneurship in the tourism industry.

Your organisation’s goals

We protect aquatic, terrestrial and marine ecosystem through the removal of waste tyres. Upon removal, the tyres are later processed into furnitures and accessories.

Describe your innovation

In the exhibition, the company would like to feature two of it’s tables. These tables are not just plain Tyre furnitures. The tables represent a culture fused of traditional and modern innovative furnitures. By blending the fauna ecosystem into our furnitures, we try to be inclusive with our audience.

How is this solution is innovative?

Firstly, it promotes waste tyre sustainable management. Secondly, encourages individuals in the community to break barriers and make a literal change in the fight against climate change. And lastly, the innovative and effective idea save the environment and provides financial and economical independence.

How can the innovation be replicated and scaled up in other PICTs?

The innovation can be replicated through financing models and more awareness in regards to climate change in the PICTs.

How is the solution cost‑effective and affordable in the context of Pacific Island Countries and Territories (PICTs)?

It is a very solution cost effective company as it focuses entirely on recycling any size of old and unused tyres.
