The Pacific Innovation Forum on Climate and Environment (PIFCE) will take place in Port Vila, Vanuatu from July 1-3 of 2026.

PIFCE will bring together Governments, entrepreneurs, NGOs, civil society, private sector, and other institutions that support climate resilience and environmental programming.

PIFCE Theme and Thematic Areas

The primary theme of PIFCE 2026 is: “Champions of Innovation for Sustainable and Resilient Futures: Harnessing Ideas and Knowledge to Advance Pacific Solutions”. This theme reflects that individuals, organisations, and governments from across the Pacific are leading as active drivers of change in addressing global climate and environmental challenges.

The underlying Thematic Areas of PIFCE, which will guide programming of the Forum are as follows:
