Our team has extensive experience in policy consulting, having contributed to the development of national and regional regulations across the Pacific.
We’ve supported projects with partners such as the Asian Development Bank (ADB), United Nations International Labour Organization (ILO), Taiwan ICDF, Pacific Trade Invest, and the UNFCCC, with a focus on sustainable tourism, climate resilience, ocean governance, and private sector development.
Our company works in direct partnership with the NGO Palau Entrepreneurs for Growth to provide support and advocacy to local entrepreneurs, startups and MSMEs owned by citizens of the Republic of Palau that provide services/products which contribute to climate change mitigation, adaption and resilience in Palau and the Pacific.

DOUREOR CoWorking Spaces for Entrepreneurs is Palau’s first business incubator and coworking spaces located in the Meda Terrace Building in Koror, offering flexible memberships, unlimited coffee, filtered water, high-speed internet, print services, and a creative environment for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and remote workers in Palau. This innovation came about through inspiration as one of the solutions for people to gain training and support to be resilient with their livelihoods, startups, enterprises, businesses in addressing and combating climate change, starting within their communities in Palau.
