PIFCE Exhibitor Advanced Drone Technology (M300 RTK with L1 and P1)
We are leveraging the Matrice 300 RTK drone equipped with L1 LiDAR and P1 photogrammetry cameras to enhance climate-resilient infrastructure in the Pacific. This innovation allows us to conduct high-precision aerial surveys, monitor coastal erosion, assess infrastructure vulnerability, and optimize designs for roads, bridges, and drainage systems.
PIFCE Exhibitor DICAST
DI Lab is a climate technology company specializing in AI-driven weather intelligence and climate risk analytics. The company develops advanced solutions that integrate satellite data, ground observations, and machine learning to deliver high-resolution, actionable climate insights.
PIFCE Exhibitor Digital Earth Pacific
The Pacific Community’s (SPC) Digital Earth Pacific (DE Pacific) programme is a free digital public infrastructure that delivers Earth and marine observation systems, harnessing decades of satellite data to monitor environmental changes across the Pacific regio
Earth Sciences NZ and SPC
PIFCE Exhibitor Integrated Satellite and Atmospheric GHG Monitoring System
By integrating environmental observations, advanced modelling, and emerging technologies, ESNZ supports evidence based decision making for governments, communities, and industries, helping to build resilience to climate change and natural hazards across New Zealand and the wider Pacific region.
PIFCE Exhibitor Moana Data Service
The Moana Data Service is Kahuto’s digital platform that provides access to this data, offering engineering-ready datasets such as elevation models, imagery, and GIS layers through an online, API-integrated system. Its development is evolving toward integrating multi-sensor data and AI-driven analytics to deliver actionable insights for planning, risk assessment, and decision-making across Pacific nations.
PIFCE Exhibitor National University of Vanuatu
Through its programs and partnerships, NUV aims to build local capacity, promote innovation, and contribute to the sustainable social, economic, and environmental development of Vanuatu and the wider Pacific region.
Phytoplankton for Coral Reef Restoration
Phytoplankton cultivation is a nature-based, innovative strategy aimed at restoring and enhancing coral reef ecosystems. These microscopic organisms improve water quality, provide nutrients to marine life, and absorb carbon dioxide (CO2) through photosynthesis. This makes them a sustainable and scalable solution for mitigating the impacts of climate change on coral reefs in small Pacific Island Countries (PICs).
PIFCE Exhibitor Vanuatu Data Science Driving Innovation in Climate Change and Natural Disasters
The Vanuatu Bureau of Statistics (VBoS) is the national statistical authority responsible for collecting, analysing, and disseminating official statistics to support evidence-based policy and decision-making across Vanuatu. As the world’s most disaster-prone country, VBoS plays a critical role in building the data systems needed to respond to climate change and natural disasters. Through its “Vanuatu Data Science Driving Innovation in Climate Change and Natural Disasters” project, VBoS is pioneering the integration of machine learning, reproducible analytical pipelines, and a centralised Management Information System to strengthen national resilience and disaster preparedness.
